OPen FACE PAINT BOOTH
Our most popular industrial spray booths, Open Face Paint Booths are flexible, cost-effective solutions for a wide variety of finishing applications. The open-front design saves valuable floor space and makes it easy to move products and parts in and out of the booth. Choose from pre-engineered models and standard options for fast shipping or we can custom design an Open Face Booth to meet your specific requirements.
ENCLOSED FINISHING PAINT BOOTH
Enclosed Finishing Booths provide a safe, cost-effective finishing environment for producing quality paint finishes. Filtered doors prevent dirt and dust from entering the paint booth for cleaner paint jobs with less rework or add an Air Make-Up unit to your booth with solid product doors for a clean and temperature controlled environment. There are many options to choose from, such as, automatic VFD controls, bake mode, economy mode and more. Enclosed Finishing Booths are available in pre-engineered models and standard options or can be customized to meet your needs.

Powder & DUST COLLECTION BOOTHS
Ideal for small- to medium-sized batch powder coating or dust collection applications. Recovery Booths provide a bright, efficient environment for powder coating or dust collection operations. An integrated Collection Module in Recovery Booths feature high-efficiency cartridge filter for capturing powder or dust from sanding and grinding operations and a load-triggered filter pulsing system, which cleans filters for a longer life span.
AIRFLOW TYPES

CROSSDRAFT PAINT BOOTHS
The most cost-effective airflow style, crossdraft booths offer reliable performance at an affordable price point. Since there is no pit to dig, crossdraft booths are also easier to integrate into existing facilities. Air flows horizontally through a crossdraft booth, starting at the front of the booth and flowing over the product or part and into a filter bank at the back of the booth.
SIDE DOWNDRAFT PAINT BOOTHs
Side downdraft paint booths are an economical solution for shops that aren’t able to install a pit. Air comes into the booth through a full-length, filtered ceiling plenum, and flows downward over the product. When air reaches the floor, it is pulled into floor-level filtered exhaust plenums on both sides of the booth.

DOWNDRAFT PAINT BOOTHS
Generally accepted as the best airflow style, downdraft booths do an excellent job of controlling overspray and contamination. Air enters the booth through a full-length filtered ceiling plenum. From there, air flows vertically over the product and into the filtered exhaust pit in the floor.
FEATURES
ETL and ETL-C Listed
Pre-engineered Equipment models and options are fully ETL and ETL-C listed, ensuring that the entire booth complies with applicable safety codes and meets performance requirements. ETL listing facilitates successful inspections and demonstrates that Equipment Paint Booths have completed independent, third-party review.
Lighting
Designed and manufactured for optimal brightness, Paint Booths feature integrated four-tube, inside-access fluorescent light fixtures. Light fixtures are ETL and ETL-C listed, and come complete with T8 ballasts and color-corrected tubes.
Fans & Motors
High-powered fans and motors supply optimal airflow throughout the paint booth, creating a cleaner environment for a better paint job. Each Paint Booth includes a non-sparking, tube axial exhaust fan(s) with belt guards and duct connector ring, along with a UL/CUL and CSA recognized three-phase, TEFC, tri-voltage motor.
Doors
Swing-type product doors and at least one personnel door come standard with each pre-engineered Pressurized Booth. Doors feature heavy-duty hinges with plate steel and replaceable brass brushings. Hinges guarantee long-lasting performance with no sagging.
Controls
Paint & Cartridge Booths come standard with a UL/CUL listed control panel. Electromechanical control panels are suited for nonpressurized booths, and are used to operate booth exhaust, safety interlocks and lights. The upgraded control panel offers additional features, including a touch screen interface, management of spray, cure and flash modes and auto-balancing on pressurized booths.
Construction
Paint Booths are constructed from single skin, 18-guage, G90 galvanized sheet steel and used structural steel columns and beams. Horizontal booth panels are assembled onto the booth’s frame from the ground up for added structural integrity, simplified installation and fewer height restrictions. Solid nut-and-bolt construction and prepunched panels ensure consistent alignment and placement.
CODE COMPLAINCE
Our Dry Filter Booths are designed to meet all applicable International Fire code and NFPA codes for proper airflow and paint booth use.
